Step 1:
For the recipe you will need: fish (I have mackerel), medium-sized onion, garlic, vegetable oil, table vinegar, salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2:
Frozen fish is taken for the recipe. We clean and carve the fish.
Step 3:
Rub the scubria fillet with salt, ground black pepper.
Step 4:
Next, peel the onion and cut into rings, if the bulbs are large, then you can use half rings. In parallel, peel the garlic.
Step 5:
Next, chop the garlic in an accessible way and rub the mackerel fillet with it.
Step 6:
We put onion rings in a bowl, add vinegar and mix.
Step 7:
Cut the mackerel fillet into pieces about 1.5-2cm wide .
Step 8:
We put it in a container with onions. Gently mix with your hands and add the oil. We close the container and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 9:
The mackerel sugudai is ready! It can be served to the table as a snack. It goes well with herbs and lemon. Bon appetit!
