Cooking method
Prepare the filling, for which:
1. Wash, dry and finely chop the greens - dill and parsley.
2. Garlic and hot pepper are cut (it is not necessary to grind much) and add to the greens.
3. Pour the hops-suneli, mix.
The filling is ready, you can proceed to the main cooking process:
4. Washed tomatoes are cut crosswise by about two-thirds of the volume.
5. In sterile jars (for such a number of products, I usually take two liter jars), put coriander, peppers and lavrushka.
6. Fill tomatoes with stuffing, put them in jars to the top.
7. Boil the water and pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
8. After 15 minutes, drain the water back into the pan, put it on the fire, add sugar, salt.
9. When the water boils, pour the vinegar, then remove the pan from the heat and pour the tomatoes with hot marinade.
10. Put a towel in a large saucepan, put cans of tomatoes on it, cover them with lids on top, fill the cans with water up to the shoulders. Wait until the water boils and sterilize the blanks for 10 minutes.
11. Roll up the jars with lids, then wait for them to cool completely upside down. Don't forget to wrap the jars with something warm.
Such blanks can be stored even at room temperature.
Bon appetit!
