Cooking method
1. Peel the garlic, wash and dry the cilantro, remove the stalk and seeds from the chili pepper. Now chop the garlic, cilantro and chili finely, then mix.
2. Pre-washed and dried tomatoes with a paper towel, cut crosswise (about two-thirds deep), fill with the prepared mixture.
3. We put tomatoes in sterilized jars. It will take three cans of 0.5 liters .
4. We prepare the marinade, for which we boil water, put salt in it, mix it so that it dissolves, pour vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.
5. Pour the tomatoes with the finished marinade, roll up the jars with sterile lids.
6. We wrap cans of tomatoes in a blanket for a day. The jars should be upside down.
