Cut the onion into half rings and put it in boiling water for a quarter of an hour. Then cool in cold water and dry. To do this, I recommend using a dry clean towel or cloth.
Carrots are peeled and cut into long strips.
Then mix carrots with onions, olive oil and paprika.
To prepare the marinade, mix olive oil with lemon juice. To the resulting mixture, add sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper and mustard. If you do not like the taste of cumin, then it is quite possible to exclude it from the ingredients used.
We peel the fish from the skin with a very sharp knife and cut into transparent slices.
Mix the chopped fish with the ready marinade, cover with onions and carrots.
After mixing everything thoroughly, we put it in a salad bowl and serve it on the table.
