Cooking method
Wash and peel cucumbers. Wash again, let the water drain and cut into circles.
Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into half rings. Bulgarian pepper is also washed, cleaned from seeds and cut into strips.
Put the vegetables in a separate bowl, add salt and mix. Leave for one hour.
After squeeze the juice out of the vegetables (do not be too zealous), transfer them to another bowl.
Prepare the marinade separately. To do this, mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a boil.
Pour the salad with hot marinade, mix. Add the chopped garlic and mix again.
Now prepare the jars (wash them and dry them). Put a bay leaf on the bottom of the jar. Fill the jars with salad. Cover with lids. Sterilize for 15 minutes. Roll up.
Cans of cucumbers with Bulgarian pepper are cooled in an inverted state, wrapped in a warm blanket.
Ready-made jars must be stored in a cool place.
