Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make zrazy meat with egg and onion? Prepare all the products. For the filling, boil one chicken egg in advance. You can use any minced meat, I have mixed, pork-beef. Take any white, wheat bread, I have a loaf.
Step 2:
Peel the onion from the husk. Cut the onion into small cubes. To avoid watering your eyes, moisten the knife and cutting board with cold water.
Step 3:
Fry the diced onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4:
Peel the boiled egg from the shell and cut into cubes.
Step 5:
Mix the chopped egg with the fried onion and mix. This will be the filling. You can salt it to taste, but only a little.
Step 6:
Fill the loaf pulp with milk for 5 minutes. Then squeeze it out of excess milk.
Step 7:
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add a raw egg to it. Add salt and stir until smooth.
Step 8:
Add the softened loaf and dry spices to the minced meat to taste.
Step 9:
Mix the minced meat with your hands until smooth.
Step 10:
Pour breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Take raw minced meat with your hands soaked in water, form a ball out of it. Then flatten it into a flat cake. Place the filling of boiled egg and onion in the center of the tortilla. Make zrazy of the size you need. I usually take 2 tablespoons of minced meat and 1 teaspoon of filling per zraza.
Step 11:
Form zrazy with your hands and roll them on all sides in breadcrumbs.
Step 12:
In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry the zrazy on both sides until golden brown.
Step 13:
Serve zrazy to the table hot. Bon appetit!
Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
