Step 1:

Sift the flour into a bowl, add room temperature water and vegetable oil, knead a soft, elastic, non-sticky dough (keep in mind that a little more or less flour may be required), roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap or a bag and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2:
Prepare the filling - rinse the greens, dry them. I took dill and parsley, but you can use any greens you like. Crumble finely, break feta cheese or cheese into small pieces.
Step 3:
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, knead it a little and divide it into three equal parts.
Step 4:
Roll each piece into a ball.
Step 5:
Sprinkle the tabletop and rolling pin with flour, roll each ball into a thin layer with a diameter of about 30 cm.
Step 6:
Distribute a third of the greens and feta cheese on the future tortilla.
Step 7:
Wrap the top and bottom edge first, as in the photo. This should be done carefully so that the thin dough does not break.

Then wrap the left and right edges, it turns out something like an envelope. Also form the rest of the tortillas. Fry the tortillas in a hot frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, usually such tortillas are fried without oil, but if you want, you can oil the pan a little. Brush the finished tortillas with butter. There are such tortillas better hot. Turkish gozleme tortillas are ready, bon appetit!

As a filling, you can choose meat, cottage cheese, cottage cheese, different types of greens. These tortillas are very good hot, but cold is also delicious. They can be consumed as a separate dish with tea or coffee, or used instead of bread in addition to the first and second courses. Gozleme liked all family members, they can replace bread.
