Step 1:

From the prepared filling, form six approximately identical koloboks, which then spread on a plate.

After a while, sprinkle the table with a small amount of wheat flour and spread the dough, which is then lightly crumpled and shaped.
Step 14:
Divide the formed dough into six approximately identical parts and form them into buns, which then spread on the table and cover with a towel for fifteen minutes.
Step 15:
After a while, alternately knead each bun with your hands to a tortilla and spread the bun from the prepared filling on them.
Step 16:
Glue the edges of the cakes with the filling well and form the buns.
Step 17:
Sprinkle the table with a small amount of wheat flour, then alternately spread each bun on it and very gently knead it to a flatbread with your hands, which then evenly roll out to a suitable size equal to the diameter of your frying pan and half a centimeter thick.
Step 18:
Take a dry frying pan and put it on the stove, then put the tortillas into it alternately and fry on the medium temperature of the stove until golden on each side, then lubricate the tortillas to taste with butter and spread on a plate.
