Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the bananas, break them into several pieces and put them in a deep bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas in mashed potatoes (you can also use an immersion or conventional blender or a mash pusher).
Step 2:
Add eggs and a pinch of salt to the bananas.
Step 3:
Mix everything well.
Step 4:
Add flour.
Step 5:
Mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Heat the frying pan over low heat (use a non-stick frying pan). Using a silicone brush, lubricate the pan with vegetable oil.
Step 7:
Scoop up our dough with a ladle and pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 8:
Distribute the dough over the pan to make a large pancake (it should not be thin).
Step 9:
Cook the pancake for one minute and then turn it over.
Step 10:
We cook another minute on the other side and spread the finished pancake on the tarlka. Repeat the same steps until the dough runs out.
Step 11:
Ready-made pancakes can be served with honey, jam, jam, condensed milk or chocolate syrup, decorated with berries or fruits and enjoy a healthy, hearty and most importantly delicious breakfast! :) Bon appetit!
Such delicious and healthy banana pancakes will appeal to both adults and children! You can serve them for breakfast or cook them for a snack or prepare such pancakes for tea, for the arrival of guests. They are prepared very quickly and simply, so serve them warm, immediately after cooking, because they will be much tastier this way! :)
About five pancakes come out of this amount of ingredients.
This portion is designed for one or two people, if you need to cook more pancakes, then double or triple the number of ingredients..
For this recipe, take ripe bananas that have already begun to darken, the darker the banana, the sweeter it is (that's why we don't add sugar in this recipe, the sweetness of the banana is more than enough).
Pancakes are usually cooked in a dry frying pan, but I always lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil. If you want to cook pancakes without oil, then use a non-stick frying pan. The frying pan can be used as a pancake pan (I cooked it on it), or a regular one.
