Cooking method
It's hard to imagine anything easier for a house party in a close circle of old friends. You can cook this food in nature over coals or at home in the oven or on an electric grill. In any case, the taste is awesome and everyone who takes part in cooking gets great pleasure. First, the marinated salmon: I cut it into steak slices, put it in a deep saucepan, sprinkle with seasoning and salt. I squeeze the juice out of the lemons, which I then pour over the steaks. I mix the workpiece and marinate for thirty minutes. Marinated salmon steaks are baked in the oven until ready, which is closely monitored not only by me, but also by all the guests. After all, cooking dishes like kebabs is one of my friends' favorite pastimes. I decorate each finished steak with a lemon ring and herbs. In the summer at a picnic, when the meat kebabs are already boring, I cook them on the grill to the cheers of the entire company gathered. After all, everyone already knows that baked salmon steaks are one of my signature dishes. And I recognized him a long time ago in the next issue of one of the fishing magazines. The magazine, unfortunately, has not been preserved, but I remember the culinary recipe by heart.
