Cooking such a cake is very simple:
1. Pour sugar into a saucepan, add cocoa, mix them.
2. Pour the milk into the mixture and put the pan on the stove, over low heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves.
3. Sugar crystals have disappeared - remove the pan from the stove. Add the crumbled chocolate to the mixture, mix actively until a homogeneous consistency.
4. Now you need the chocolate mass to cool completely. From time to time it is necessary to mix it.
5. Beat the soft butter, you can do it simply with a whisk.
6. Pouring a little chocolate mixture into the butter, beat the cream. Don't forget to leave some chocolate mixture in order to pour the cake on top.
7. Smear the waffle cakes with cream, spreading it evenly over everything. After they are all smeared and stacked on top of each other, press the cakes well on top.
8. Pour the cake with the left chocolate mass.
9. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
