Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Whisk sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. Until the sugar is completely dissolved
Step 2:
Cut the biscuit into 1.5-2 cm cubes.
Step 3:
Chop the nuts with a knife or mortar.
Step 4:
We take the pineapples out of the jar and cut them into pieces (if they are not already cut)
Step 5:
Pour a little sour cream on the bottom of the mold to cover the bottom. Lay out a layer of sponge cake. Pour sour cream.
Step 6:
We spread pineapples. Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 7:
Then again sponge cake, sour cream, pineapple. nuts until the ingredients run out. In my form, there were only 2 layers. At the end, I left some sour cream to pour the last layer of pineapples with nuts. We send our cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 8:
Melt the chocolate. We take the cake out of the refrigerator, carefully remove it from the mold.
