First of all, you should prepare the filling: put the cottage cheese in a container, pour salt and dill greens, after washing and grinding it. Stir lightly with a fork or spatula. Choose not sour cottage cheese, otherwise it will spoil the whole taste of the cooked dish!
Step 3:
Add mayonnaise or sour cream. You can choose the lightness and fat content of the products according to your taste! Mix all the curd mass so that it is completely mixed with mayonnaise and salt.
Step 4:
Peel the crab sticks from the wrappers. If they have not been defrosted in advance by transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight, then simply place them in a container with high sides and pour boiling water over them. After a few minutes, drain the water that has become warm, and pour boiling water again.
Step 5:
A little trick- crab sticks are well unwound only after they have been in boiling water for about 5 minutes and become soft. Without steaming, you will not be able to properly deploy them - they will tear at the places of bends. Take out the sticks one by one and unfold them on the board. Spread the filling on the inner edge, using a teaspoon, and roll back, slightly pressing the crab meat to the filling. The crab stick will grow significantly in breadth!
Step 6:
Thus, lay out the entire bottom layer of stuffed sticks, and then lubricate its surface with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Step 7:
Put the second prepared layer on it. Spread them out in the form of a triangle, smearing each layer.
