Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the jelly.
Step 2:
Gelatin pour 100 ml of cold water and leave for 40-60 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath. We wash the blackberries and clean them from the tails. Add sour cream to the cottage cheese and mix.
Step 3:
Then add sugar and whisk everything with a blender until smooth and fluffy.
Step 4:
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the curd mass and spread the blackberries.
Step 5:
Mix everything carefully and put it in the mold.
Step 6:
That's it, our curd jelly is ready. We put the form in the refrigerator to solidify and serve it to the table after 3-4 hours!!! Enjoy your appetite!!!
