Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We take fresh cabbage, smoked sausage cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.
Step 2:
Three smoked sausage cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Cabbage is chopped as thinly as possible.
Step 4:
Mix cabbage with cheese and add mayonnaise, as well as chopped garlic.
Step 5:
Transfer to a salad bowl, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. The longer you keep the salad in the refrigerator, the better our smoked cabbage will taste.
Step 6:
The salad is ready. Very tasty salad. It is relevant both in winter and in summer. A recipe for all occasions.
This salad can be served as a side dish to meat or fish dishes.
It can also be consumed as a cold snack.
I like most of all to coat a lavash leaf with such a salad and, having rolled up a roll, eat.
