Homemade ice cream can be prepared very quickly and without any additional adaptations in the form of a special ice cream maker. I offer an excellent recipe for ice cream, which can be prepared from the right products.
First you need to beat the chicken eggs with powdered sugar very well in a mixer. We should get a very lush foam. Vanilla sugar should be poured into the eggs immediately.
After we put the milk on the stove and when it warms up, add the beaten eggs to the milk. Cook until the whole masa begins to thicken. Be sure to stir all the time. When the masa becomes something like whipped cream, turn off the fire and let the milk and eggs cool down.
Now whisk the cream in the mixer. When the cream becomes foam, we combine both masks together: milk and cream. Mix them with a spoon, and then put them in a mold.
Such ice cream at home is frozen in a regular freezer. You can take special molds. You can eat ice cream in two hours.
