Step 5:
Prepare
Step 6:
According to the instructions on the package.
Step 7:
Be sure to take jelly of these colors: green, red, yellow. An important clarification: we pour less water into the jelly than we need twice – it should turn out to be more "hard" than soft. And we leave it to freeze in a flat wide dish so that the jelly can be conveniently cut into cubes and squares.
Step 8:
Whisk the fat sour cream with sugar to a thick foam.
Step 9:
Dilute gelatin in a water bath and, when it cools down slightly, pour it into sour cream without turning off the mixer.
Step 10:
Open both packs of small crackers and pour them into one saucepan.
Step 11:
Here we also add sliced pieces of multicolored jelly.
Step 12:
Mix everything carefully and pour sour cream with gelatin.
Step 13:
We spread the resulting mass carefully into the prepared form
Step 14:
And leave to freeze overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 15:
Such food will turn out even more original if you choose a semicircular shape or a curly shape for it.
Step 16:
When the cake freezes, we lower the mold into boiling water, and then turn it over on a dish.
Step 17:
Decorate as desired.
Step 18:
The cake is very beautiful in the cut.
