Initially, I would like to focus on one of the components of this cocktail – absinthe. This alcoholic drink contains 70% alcohol. One of the components of absinthe is wormwood – an herb containing a large amount of thujone Thujone in large quantities is considered a poison. Thanks to thujone, absinthe is famous for its effect. The composition of absinthe also includes calamus, mint, licorice, angelica, wormwood and other herbs. As for angostura, this drink is considered a popular drink in Venezuela. The composition of this drink contains extracts of orange, roots of pharmacy angelica, ginger and gentian, cinchona tree (bark), nutmeg, cloves and other components.
To make an absinthe cocktail, you will need to shake all the ingredients well together with ice in a shaker and strain into a glass. «The food» is ready to eat!
