Step-by-step cooking
We start by putting a small amount of water on a slow fire, pour gelatin and, stirring, dissolve it. After that, we wash the peaches, chop them finely. Then mix sour cream and cottage cheese, add granulated sugar and prepared gelatin. Now we take the dishes in which the jelly will solidify, put the prepared peaches on its bottom and fill them with 1/2 part of our solution. Then add cocoa to the second part of the mass, mix it again and pour it into the dishes. After that, we put the dishes in the cold. After 2-3 hours, we take out the dishes, turn the finished jelly onto a dish and serve it to the table.
