Rinse the grains well. Pour them into a jar and add water. Mix lightly and leave to soak overnight. Drain all the liquid. Rinse the grains thoroughly in cold water and dry them. Germinate at 21 degrees and away from sunlight. The room should be well ventilated.

After 12 hours, you need to wash the grains and dry them. After the next 12 hours, the procedure must be repeated. After such washing, we dry the seedlings. Grains that are dry when touched are better stored in the refrigerator. The taste of such grains will remain natural.
