Right away about the composition. Nothing can replace only tomatoes and garlic. The rest is up to your taste. I can offer the following set of spices: 0.5 teaspoons of dry basil, 0.5 teaspoons of dry thyme, 0.5 teaspoons of sea salt, 0.5 teaspoons of ground black pepper.
So, peel the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the seeds. Mix the oil, finely chopped garlic and spices, roll the tomatoes in this mixture. We dump tomatoes together with garlic on a baking sheet, keep them in the oven at a low temperature (only 40 degrees!!) from an hour to 3 hours, depending on the variety and size, until they shrink. We cool the dried tomatoes and enjoy a wonderful snack :)
