Cooking method
1. Apples are washed, cut into quarters and cut out the core.
2. Bananas are cleaned and cut into pieces.
3. Using an immersion blender, we make a homogeneous puree of apples and bananas.
4. The drying trays are very carefully smeared with vegetable oil.
5. We spread a part of the resulting puree on each of the pallets and evenly distribute the mass using a silicone spatula.
6. The cooking time of the pastille in the dryer is about 12 hours. The finished pastille sheets have a dense structure and are easily separated from the silicone mold.
7. The finished sheets of pastille are twisted into tubes and stored in an airtight container, in a container under a vacuum lid or simply wrapped in food wrap.
