Cooking method
1. My apples, cut in half, cut out the core with seeds. We put the prepared fruits in a saucepan, pour a little water, and send them to a slow fire. We torment the knapsacks for 20 minutes, they should soften properly.
2. Using a blender, grind the apples to a puree state, add sugar, cook for another 15 minutes, then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment, distribute a thin layer.
3. Dry the pastille in the oven at 80 degrees until ready, about 9-10 hours. The readiness is evidenced by the fact that the apple layer is easily separated from the parchment.
4. We cut the pastille into strips, roll it into tubes, store it in a dry container under a closed lid.
