Cooking method
1. Apples are washed and cut into thin plates (for this dish, apples should be chosen sweet, with an inherent sourness).
2. Rinse the thin apple slices in cold water, gently dry them with paper napkins and place them on a flat plate lined with parchment (it is better to arrange them so that the slices do not touch each other).
3. Sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon and place the dish in the microwave.
4. Cook the chips at maximum power for 10-15 minutes. If there is a "Grill" mode, then brown the chips on it for the last 2-3 minutes.
The delicacy should be stored in a closed container in a dry place, wrapped in parchment.
