Boil millet porridge. To do this, pour one glass of water into a saucepan, add salt, bring to a boil. Put the washed millet and cook until ready.
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms - cubes. Fry everything in vegetable oil.
Combine mushrooms with millet porridge, salt, mix.
Boil the shell in a large amount of salted water until half-cooked.
Cool them slightly, then stuff them with porridge.
Put the shells on a baking sheet, at the bottom of which vegetable broth is poured, a little vegetable oil. Add Italian herbs, salt, lemon pepper, garlic clove.
Sprinkle the shells rast.oil and bake at 170 degrees. 15-20 minutes.
We serve stuffed shells with chopped herbs.
