I don't make salted stuffed tomatoes for a twist, after I keep them in a cold place. Greens can be taken for them very different: dill, parsley, celery. Tomatoes should preferably be small and of the same size.
First we will make "minced meat": chop all the greens, garlic and capsicum. Mix everything and add salt
You need to wash them, cut each one to the middle and put the salty mixture into the incision.
Put the tomatoes in a jar, cover the sides and top with dill branches (dry), put the load.
Store in a dark and cold place.
Tomatoes will release juice soon enough. In a week it will be possible to check readiness.
