Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make salmon tartlets? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Instead of salmon, you can use any salted or lightly salted red fish. You can also choose any cream cheese to suit your taste, even with additives (for example, with herbs). Wash and dry fresh dill. Peel the garlic.
Step 2:
Finely chop garlic and dill with a knife. Garlic can be passed through the press if desired.
Step 3:
50 g of salmon (put the rest of the fish aside) also finely chop with a knife. The smaller, the better.
Step 4:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped garlic, chopped dill and chopped salmon. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
Taste the filling and, if necessary, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 6:
Fill a pastry bag with a wide shaped nozzle with the resulting cheese filling. If suddenly you don't have such a bag / syringe, you can use a dense bag with a cut corner. First, transfer the cheese filling to the corner of a tight package. Then cut this corner with scissors.
Step 7:
Fill the tartlets with the filling from the pastry bag. You can also do it with a spoon or fork.
Step 8:
Cut the rest of the salmon into very thin slices. Roll each slice of fish into a not very dense roll to make such a rose.
Step 9:
Decorate each tartlet with such a rose, slightly squeezing it into the filling.
Step 10:
Also decorate each basket with small sprigs of fresh dill or any other fresh herbs.
Step 11:
That's it! Tartlets with salmon and cheese are ready.
Step 12:
You can serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!
