Drive in one egg, salt to taste and whisk with a fork.
Step 5:
Then add milk and mix everything with a fork.

Step 7:
Ham (sausage, boiled meat - what is) cut into cubes.
Step 8:

Step 9:
Cut a piece of loaf into cubes - we need it for the density of the omelet.
Step 10:
Add everything to our omelet mixture, mix, and also put parsley.
Step 11:
Pour "omelet dough " into a mold, no need to lubricate, we have oil in the composition. We put it in the microwave and turn it on (at full power I have 800 watts, look at your microwaves) for 4 minutes.
Step 12:
Here is our finished omelet. It smells amazing))))
Step 13:
Can be served in molds, or you can carefully walk along the "walls" with a knife, turn it on a plate - and a quick breakfast is ready!
Step 14:
Tender, fragrant, and what is important - satisfying! If desired, you can add a tomato to the omelet, but I didn't like it so much) But, as they say - everyone's tastes are different))
Step 15:
This is how the omelet looks in the cut - lush and soft at the same time) Bon appetit! Let the morning be good!
