Step 1:
In this recipe, a round pita bread was used, each cake with a diameter of 20cm. The quantity is 5 pieces.

Grate cheese of two varieties on a coarse grater. You can take absolutely any cheese at your discretion. Mix well.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream and garlic passed through the press.

Chop the greens (in this case, dill and green onions were used) finely.

Melt the grill. While the embers are burning, prepare the pita bread.

Spread the tortilla with sour cream sauce in a thin layer. Try to miss the edges of the lavash as closely as possible.

Sprinkle cheese evenly on top with a small layer. Step back some distance from each edge. This is necessary so that when baking on the grill, the cheese does not run out along the edges of the pita bread. Lightly pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Next, wrap the pita bread with an envelope. Bend the edge from the bottom.

Instead of sour cream and garlic sauce, feel free to use mayonnaise to taste. You can wrap lavash not with envelopes, but with triangles.
