I cooked dumplings for the first time and I want to say that the labor costs in preparing this dish are reduced to zero. For the dough, I use one proven recipe that is suitable for both dumplings and dumplings: 200 ml of kefir and 300 grams of flour (flour may be a little more or a little less). The dough always turns out elastic and obedient. When cooking, the dumplings remain intact regardless of the filling.
For the filling, add the cottage cheese, add the greens and 1 yolk.
Roll out the dough, squeeze out the circles, put the filling and pinch the edges.
