Step 4:
Our dish is ready! Enjoy your meal!
I cooked dumplings for the first time and I want to say that the labor costs in preparing this dish are reduced to zero. The only point is that if the family is numerous, then cooking dumplings in this way will take a very long time. It takes 11-15 minutes to prepare one serving (depending on the cooking method). If we have dumplings left, then the next day we fry them and they seem even tastier than on the first day))
As for the dumplings themselves, I always have blanks in the freezer, since my husband would eat them every day for tomorrow, for lunch and for dinner.
Today I had dumplings with cottage cheese.
For the dough, I use one proven recipe that is suitable for both dumplings and dumplings: 200 ml of kefir and 300 grams of flour (flour may be a little more or a little less). The dough always turns out elastic and obedient. When cooking, the dumplings remain intact regardless of the filling.
For the filling, add the cottage cheese, add the greens and 1 yolk.
Roll out the dough, squeeze out the circles, put the filling and pinch the edges.
We roll it well into flour so that the dumplings do not stick together when frozen. We lay out the dumplings in portions in bags and send them to the freezer.
