Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a sharp spoon – they will not be needed. Cut the cucumber pulp into small cubes.
Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds along with the liquid. Cut the tomato pulp into the same cubes as a cucumber.
Peel the onion, cut it into quarters lengthwise, then slice it across as thinly as possible. Chop the cilantro coarsely.
Mix all the prepared ingredients with yogurt, season with lime juice, cumin and salt. Let it brew for 15 minutes . in the refrigerator and serve.
