Cooking method
1) Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix well with your hands. Divide into 4 equal parts and sculpt flat round cutlets with a diameter of a bun. AND NOTHING ELSE!!! (no eggs, no bread, no onion)
2) Cut the tomato into circles about 3-4mm thick
3) Cut cucumbers into strips. So that they do not protrude beyond the bun
4) Mix ketchup with mustard
5) We wash the lettuce leaves
6) We put the cutlets to fry on medium heat in olive oil.
7) While the cutlets are being fried, we heat the buns in the oven at 130 degrees or in a frying pan. Lubricate the inside of the buns with a mixture of ketchup and mustard and put a lettuce leaf and a couple of cucumber strips on the bottom.
8) As soon as the cutlets are ready, immediately put them on top of the cucumbers. And IMMEDIATELY, while the cutlets are still hot, we put the cheese (so that it melts slightly). Then a slice of tomato and cover with the second part of the bun.
9) Eat!!! :) Enjoy your meal.
The cost of the products is about 50-60p. But it's better than Fast food. A great option to take your child to school for a snack.
