Any fresh mushrooms (both champignons, and aspen, and podberezoviki will do) should be washed well
Step 3:
After slicing and put in a deep dish.
Step 4:
Add butter here, cover with a plate or some suitable lid on top and put the mushrooms in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, turning on the highest power (I have 1000).
Step 5:
Mix the whole mass, put sour cream to it, salt and bake for three or four minutes additionally.
Step 6:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. You can serve it with potatoes, rice, buckwheat.
Step 7:
I served potatoes as a side dish. Cut it into slices.
Step 8:
Then fried in a frying pan with a little oil.

Ready fried potatoes.
