Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.
Cut the base of each half (to be stable)
Dip each half in lemon juice and place in a baking dish.
Put the cookies in a plate, add almonds, lemon zest, sugar and butter.
Mix until smooth.
