Step-by-step cooking
I specially prepared this cooking recipe for lovers of Thai cuisine. Recently, an increasing number of citizens of our vast country have begun to like to relax in Thailand. And therefore, as quickly as the popularity of Thai resorts, the number of lovers of Thai dishes is also increasing. Among the huge variety of absolutely incredible dishes, you can easily find something that you can cook at home, in your own kitchen.
To begin with, we remove all the skin from the chicken, wash it well and cut off all the meat from the bones. Add salt, ground pepper to taste, curry and spread the chicken on a greased baking sheet. Now cut pineapple slices and put them on top of the chicken so as to close it evenly, but with gaps. Cut the champignons into plates and spread them on pineapples. Also, cut the cheese into thin slices and put it on the mushrooms. We lubricate the top abundantly with sour cream and put it in a heated oven for baking. Cook for about thirty minutes. The food in the end comes out amazingly tender and very tasty. This chicken with pineapples and mushrooms can become one of the main dishes at the festive table.
