The most useful loaves are made of coarse flour, they contain sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax. They should be crispy, have a nice uniform color.

1. Put the curd cheese in a bowl.
2. My cucumber, cut into thin plates.
3. Wash the parsley, dry it. Chop with a knife arbitrarily.
4. Put the parsley in a container with cottage cheese, mix.
5. Salt to taste, you can pepper if desired.
6. Spread a small amount of cheese mass on the loaves, add cucumber.
