Cooking method
Usually they take sweet cottage cheese for the filling, this is customary for sweet pastries. Today I propose to make a filling for pancakes from salted cottage cheese with herbs - very piquant, such pancakes can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer. Very tasty, believe me!
1. Prepare the products according to the list.
2. Mash the cottage cheese - it is better to take a soft fat cottage cheese, if you have dry, it is better to add a little butter.
3. Finely chop the washed and drained dill greens. parsley, onion.
4. Mix the greens with cottage cheese.
5. Add egg, salt to taste.
6. Stir the filling until smooth.
7. That's all - stuff the finished pancakes, lightly fry them in butter or bake in the oven. Serve with sour cream.
