Cooking method
Wash the lingonberries, remove the spoiled berries. Transfer to a bowl, drain the water. Add sugar and beat with an immersion blender until puree. If there is nothing to beat, you can just mash the berries with a pusher.
Sterilize jars, lids. Transfer the crushed berries to jars, sprinkle sugar on top (enough tbsp.l.). Roll up the lids and put them in the refrigerator. You can store cranberries for the winter without cooking in the cellar at a low temperature.
