Cooking method
1. Dry the pork peritoneum, cut the skin so that excess fat comes out when baking.
2. Heat a glass frying pan in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Put the peritoneum skin down on a hot glass pan and put it in the microwave for 12 minutes on the Grill + microwave mode.
4. After 12 minutes, turn the meat over and cook for another 12 minutes on the same mode.
5. Sprinkle the finished meat with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. If the house is cold, cover the meat with foil.
