Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash and dry the cherries.
Step 2:
Remove the seeds, pour the cherries into the jar.
Step 3:
Break a third of the bones with a hammer and put it to the cherry. This will give an almond flavor.
Step 4:
Pour alcohol over the cherries, mix, close tightly with a lid and put in a dark cool place for 10 days.
Step 5:
After 10 days, the tincture should be filtered.
Step 6:
Add honey to it and put it to ripen for another two weeks. In the process of infusion, a precipitate will fall out.
Step 7:
Filter the tincture well and pour it into decanters or bottles for storage.
Step 8:
The taste is revealed better if the drink is allowed to stand open before use.
