Fallen Leaves Cake

Light and incredibly delicious dessert with a philosophical theme! Easy to prepare and incredibly delicious dessert. According to the cooking technology, it resembles such desserts as "Curly-haired Lad" or a snowball. The name is based on a comparison with a pile of fallen leaves in late autumn. Browned, fallen leaves are raked into a pile, it is covered with snow and in spring, tender snowdrops break through the old brown leaves. This cake will look great on a festive table on a birthday or Easter. The cake is formed from small pieces resembling leaves. The leaves can be baked separately, like small cakes and folded into a cake. I like "rifled more" method. Bake a large cake (preferably 2 cakes) and cut it into leaves. The cake is decorated with chocolate leaves and flowers.
