Step 1:
Mine and sort the cherry plum.
Step 2:
Pour into a large jar. If the cans are 3 liters each, take two.
Step 3:
Pre-boil the invert syrup and cool it. Fill the cherry plum.
Step 4:
Top up with water and leave under gauze until fermentation begins. Bubbles will become visible.
Step 5:
Put on the glove and leave to wander.
Step 6:
The glove will rise, then fall. This means that it's time to filter the cherry plum.
Step 7:
Peel through several layers of gauze.
Step 8:
Pour into a jar, put on a glove with a small hole and leave to ferment until the sediment is separated. Then we filter it again thinly, you can use cotton wool. And leave to infuse. The longer, the better.
