Pepper tincture on pepper

Burning vodka will help both relax and get rid of colds! Pepper tincture is called vodka, which was infused with hot pepper. For some reason it seems to me that Ukraine is the birthplace of this drink.

Pour good vodka into the prepared container.
We dry the washed chili pepper and make weak incisions on it in different directions.
Add pepper to vodka.
We also add black pepper, cumin, cloves.
Balsam is added so that the resulting drink has a pleasant shade.
The container (jar or bottle) is closed with a lid and put away for two weeks in a darkened place.
After the time has elapsed, we open the jar and add honey to it.
Then we insist again for two weeks, stirring occasionally so that the honey will disperse according to our tincture. Sometimes one stirring is enough for the entire period of infusion.
After a month, the pepper tincture is completely ready for use.
As you can see, the recipe for making alcohol tincture does not present any difficulties.
