30For the preparation of homemade cherry wine according to this recipe, we will need, first of all, an unwashed berry.
Prepare a container with a volume of about 10 liters.
Take 200 ml of berries and pour them into a container. Then add 50 ml of sugar.
Mix thoroughly.
In this way, we fill our capacity by 75% percent of its total volume.
Fill the rest of the space with drinking water.
The container is tightly closed.
The fermentation process will be quite violent, you should sometimes open the container and stir the mixture.
At the end of the fermentation process, homemade cherry wine is filtered and bottled.
The finished wine is stored in a cool place.
The wine turns out to be almost black, has a stunning aroma and rich taste.
