Cooking method
The recipe for making homemade white wine from grapes, of course, is similar to any other recipe for making any other wine.
If you are a novice winemaker, then in order to get a quality drink, you need to strictly follow the manufacturing technology and first familiarize yourself with the thematic literature for novice winemakers.
The harvested grapes are kneaded until the juice is obtained, and then left in a warm place for 5 days, stirring occasionally.
After the end of the settling period, filter the resulting juice through gauze.
Pour the juice into a glass container of a suitable size and pour sugar.
Sugar is poured to taste depending on what kind of wine you want to get at the exit. To obtain a dry table wine, a minimum amount of sugar will be required, for a sweeter drink, a larger amount of sugar.
We close the container with a water gate and leave it for the fermentation process for 3 weeks at room temperature.
When the wine brightens and a natural precipitate forms, the wine is carefully filtered and bottled.
Ready-made homemade white wine from grapes is stored in a cool place for about a month, and then the drink is completely ready for use.
