Oh, and a wonderful blackthorn liqueur turns out! A culinary recipe was told to me by my good friend – the owner of 2 thorn trees in the country. And somehow she treated me to this liqueur. Now I'm a fan of hers. I like to put it on the table for family holidays – everyone I know likes it. I'll share it with you.
Take a ripe thorn, with a dense and juicy pulp. Rinse it out. Let the water drain.
After that, pour it into a bottle, cover it with sugar.
Tie the neck of the bottle with gauze and leave it in the sun for 6 weeks. The turn must ferment. When this happens, half a liter of vodka is poured into it, let it brew for another 4 months. Then filter the liqueur, add the remaining 4 liters of vodka.
Pour into enameled dishes, boil and cool. And then you can bottle it.
Seal the neck tightly, fill it with paraffin, put it in a box and fill it with dry sand.
Should be stored in a cool, dry place.
The liqueur can be tasted in 6 months, or better in a year!
Enjoy a delicious homemade liqueur! And the food will suit him absolutely any.
And be healthy!
