Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Turn on the oven (top to bottom) at 200 °.

Add flour and stir until smooth

The mass should turn out without lumps.
Step 8:
Since the temperature of the chocolate is higher, I pour the dough into the chocolate, not the other way around. In a thin trickle and stir.
Step 9:
Pour into 2/3 molds. I use silicone molds, but ceramic ones are better. So the crust will be more crispy. Bake at 180 ° for 7-10 minutes
Step 10:
In my oven, the baking time is exactly 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Do not leave it for a longer time, otherwise the cream will thicken and will not be so liquid
Step 11:
If you overdo it, you get just delicious chocolate cupcakes)
My personal secrets:
1.Be sure to preheat the oven in advance to 200 °. We put the cupcakes and reduce the temperature to 180 °.
2.Pour the finished dough into the chocolate mass, and not vice versa.
3.Silicone molds do not need to be lubricated with anything.
