Cooking method
Boil potatoes in a uniform until fully cooked. Peel, cut very finely, into cubes.
Hard-boiled chicken egg, then cooled and peeled from the shell. Grate on a fine grater.
Cut the herring fillet into small cubes with a sharp knife.
Peel the apple from the skin, cut it even smaller than the previous ingredients (you need to act as quickly as possible so that the fruit does not have time to darken).
We rub the cooled butter on a fine grater.
Chop dill and onion finely.
Combine all the ingredients in one bowl, mix thoroughly.
We spread the forshmak on a dish, garnished with tomatoes, lemon and green onion feathers.
