Step 1:
These are the apples we take and wine. Georgian fits perfectly, although it is expensive.

Pour the apples with wine.
Step 6:
Bring to a boil over low heat and stand with a weak bubbling for 15 minutes, pouring wine from time to time.
Step 7:
Carefully transfer the apples into a glass salad bowl, in which we will serve and pour the marinade. If you find cinnamon very fragrant, take it out. Cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator, in the farthest corner!
Step 8:
Forget about apples for a few days, maybe even for a week. And then we surprise all the guests! That's the beauty it turns out!

Delicious, fragrant, intoxicating! By the way, the remaining marinade can be used to make mulled wine. And you can use it with apples. Have a good cooking!
