Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Potatoes are thoroughly washed and cooked, as well as hard-boiled eggs.
Step 2:
Cut the finished potatoes, eggs, cucumbers and onions into cubes.
Step 3:
Drain the liquid from the canned tuna and break it into pieces with a fork. Add to the bulk. If desired, you can add green onions (I just turned out to have quite a few), and you can also add corn (which I did, because I love corn very much). We fill the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Step 4:
We spread the salad in the shape of a horseshoe (for convenience, you can first make a horseshoe contour with mayonnaise on a plate).
Step 5:
We align our horseshoe and decorate with corn and olives.
Step 6:
Bon appetit!
